Finferries operates 50 routes, with millions of vehicles and passengers travelling each year. We continuously develop our operations by listening to our customers – the annual customer survey conducted on each route provides us with valuable feedback and development ideas directly from passengers.
Last year, our operations received an excellent overall rating of 9.06! A warm thank you for your active participation and valuable feedback – your opinions are very important to us.
